Telehealth is here for anyone who resides in Texas.

Everyone’s life is not the same. People often look for counseling. They may feel overwhelmed by  stress in their lives. They are feeling stuck in a hard place or relationship. They have trouble fully enjoying life. They may have pain from the past or worry about the future. Knowing a need for change begins with noticing that day-to-day life is becoming more hard. You are feeling more stress than normal.


You do not have to go through it alone. An trained counselor can help you. You can understand the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. You can look at your beliefs about yourself, others in your life, and your worldview.


We have counseling in-person and using telehealth. Please reach out today. You can meet with one of our hard working counselors. They will work with you to look at problems you deal with. We look forward to hearing from you!
