Narrative

Are you buried by your feelings? Do you have a hard time making choices? Is your mind racing? Are you are tired of feeling this way? I understand. You could be feeling anxiety, worry, stress, nervousness, and unease. Anxiety can making it hard to make choices. You do not need to feel stuck. There is a way to feel better. It is normal to have difficulties in life. You may need a little help. I have over 20 years of training and experience with children and teens as a Texas Educator.
My counseling experience includes but is not limited to work in the following areas:

• anxiety

• trauma
• grief and loss
• DD (developmental disabilities)
• learning disabilities

I have worked with children, teens, adults, and groups. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor.

My goal is to help you manage or eliminate stress. Stress can cause your anxiety. You are not alone. Working together we can build up your tools.
