Narrative

There are times where all of us have stress in our lives. It can be:

  • divorce 
  • loss of a loved one 
  • loss of a job, stress in a relationship 
  • self-esteem issues 
  • gender or sexuality 
  • dealing with a troubled child 
  • family stress
  • facing pain from childhood and/or adult trauma

Life can be hard at times.  I have come to see those scary times that we all have. We all act in different ways. Chances for us to make good changes are what I like to call "reset moments."I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people to change. Through counseling, we move from places where we are stuck. We can move from fear into an amazing future. Each of us earns it.  I think we can have a better life.


I am amazed at the strength and courage of people I see. It's never easy to take that first step. You may want to see changes in you. It takes a lot to do the hard work. You can hope for more. Each of us has the power to be who we  want be. We can make our lives we want. I want to work with you...
