Is your teenager keeping you up at night? Do you feel you can't reach them? I can help! I worked with teens and families for over 9 years. I  learned how to help both parents and teens have the awkward talks. Do you or your teen think you just need a safe space to be heard? Are there problems? Problems might be:

Let's talk! I provide a caring, safe place for all to feel heard and welcome.

I work with people, couples and families to find and name their goals. I work hard to meet people where they are. I can also help them to see where they want to be.

I will work with you to see your strengths. You can learn how to use them. 

I'm here to have talks. They are the tough ones, the awkward ones, or the sad ones. My ears and heart are open. I want to hear your story. Will you share it with me?
