Narrative

I offer evening times for virtual therapy on Mondays-Wednesdays.

Life is full of challenges and these challenges often leave us feeling anxious, depressed, and unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to work with you in a judgement-free, caring-filled space to explore the natural gifts and innate strengths you possess. I want to help you rise up and move forward through past, present, and future challenges. I believe that all people -children, teens, and adults, have an infinite capability to grow and heal in ways that bring fulfillment and joy to their lives.

Moving forward can be difficult and at times frightening. You are not alone on this journey. If you are ready to rise up and move forward, I invite you to reach out to start your journey of growth and healing!
