Narrative

Mental Health can impact every area of your life. If you feel you're having an increase in problems, reach out. I offer therapy services to  teens, college-aged people and adults. I work to create a safe space for your growth and healing.  I use a non-judgmental, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. Our team values  holistic therapy. We honor the link between mental and physical health. We use mindfulness, breath work and movement.

I have provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. People who have life stress and mental health issues:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • eating disorders
  • self-harm
  • adoption
  • grief and loss

I use a person-centered approach. I work from a strengths based, trauma informed view. This helps me to support your own strengths and needs. I want to foster a safe and inviting space. You will be able to process, share, and grow. My goal is to empower you. I can walk with you in support. Reach out for a free meeting.
