Narrative

Tracie Silva has been sharing her knowledge and skills with children, teens and adults over the past three decades. With experiences in fields of education, diagnostics, legal, ESL, medical, career, parenting and counseling, she brings an expansive perspective to her helping career. Originally from Canada, and having spent time working and traveling internationally, Tracie is able to work with a variety of cultures with respect and understanding. In addition to traditional mental health challenges, she has specialized training to counsel clients struggling with migraine, neurological diagnosis, chronic pain and sleep disorders.
Tracie’s approach is eclectic and humanistic, wanting to help each client gain insights and strategies to identify and find success at reaching personal goals. She helps to highlight your natural strengths, while helping you to develop your confidence, self awareness, and accountability for your own success
