Narrative

I enjoy working with children and teens of any age. Listening to children and teenagers is  important. They  can tell us what we need to know to support them. I use both talking and play to facilitate open sharing.  Working togethers forms our relationships. It is the way in which we interact with others.  I  work with families to help them share when there is a problem in the family system. This may be due to divorce or adoption.


I also offer Collaborative psychological evaluations. They use questions from the client, family members and system providers (schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists). It is important to offer approach which addresses the "whole" child. I have a very solid foundation in Special Education and 504 law.


 I hope to work  with and utilize important adults in the child's life. We can make a positive outcome for the child. This approach is useful in schools as well.
