I take a Person Centered approach. This allows the person to lead their own self-discovery. Creativity is a main influence It lets me utilize art techniques. I use client-directed activities and behavioral approaches. It remains fluid to shape sessions. We can find what makes you happy I can show real support. It allows me to understand your needs.
