Narrative

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I believe that everyone needs help now and then. My passion is building others up. I love helping clients to meet their goals. I think that it is an important part of counseling. Each person is unique.  I use a person-centered approach to counseling. Most of my experience is in:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Cognitive Processing Therapy
• Solution-Focused Crisis-Based Counseling

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I identify as an LGBTQIA+ ally. I have experience working with this amazing group of people. I have enjoyed working with children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. One of my favorite quotes is "We rise by lifting others" by Robert Ingersoll.
