Narrative

Is your family experiencing big emotions? Are you frustrated tring to help your child cope with their feelings? Is your child unhappy, frightened or upset by a sibling’s behavior? Are they upset by a parent’s response to that behavior? Do you and your partner disagree about how to handle big emotions? Is your family having difficulty working through feelings? Are they related to loss, separation or divorce? I will work together with your family. I will use a mix of therapy styles. I want to best serve everyone in reaching their emotional goals. Strength-based therapy styles include:

I use play and art therapy to engage with kids and teens, ages 3-19. I work with them and their families who are  coping with big feelings. This may include:

  • perfectionism
  • difficulty adapting to change
  • family conflict
