We are here to listen and help you. We have a safe space for you to talk and share.

There is not a type of counseling that works for everyone. The services are built around the person's or family's needs. We look at strengths and values. I believe there is nothing we can’t overcome. The first step is finding help. Therapy is about getting the tools we need when faced with problems. If you’re reading this, then you’re already on your way to change. Life is full of challenges, struggles, and stressful situations. WE have all been there before.


I have worked with children, teens, and adults. They have  problems like:
