Do you see something in your relationships that is making you unhappy? Is there a problem at work that you can't fix? I work with teens and adults to resolve personal problems. You can see how your actions and beliefs play a part. The good news - we can change our actions and thoughts. We can see how they are keeping us stuck in a bad place. Let's work as a team to get you to a better place!

I also offer testing services to children and adults. Testing is needed to see if you or your child has ADHD, a learning disorder, a mood disorder, or anxiety. Schools require testing before they will provide accommodations in the classroom.

My assessments provide you a clear picture of what is currently going on for you (or your child). We can work on treatment steps. I want to get you to where you want to be. Testing is also helpful before starting any new meds.
