I also know how brave it is to work to regain trust in your relationships and to stop engaging in unwanted behaviors. Therapeutically, I use Cognitive Behavior Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in assisting my clients achieve individual goals. Through the use of CBI, I have found that painful issues can be relieved in a shorter period of time than through traditional therapeutic methods.
