Narrative

I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families and use cognitive behavioral techniques and strategies to address a variety of mental health issues. My emphasis is on transformative change and equipping each one of my client's with the skills to overcome the complexities of life's challenges and find ways to successfully navigate emotional and mental pain in the process of healing. I approach each client uniquely so as to develop a treatment plan and goals that are specific to your needs and concerns.

Sessions are 45 minutes to allow time to share your main concerns and discuss your paperwork so as to determine the best next steps in the therapeutic process. Appointments are also available through http://www.lighthousepsychtesting.com for psychological and neuropsychological testing/assessment.

I am also a Certified Christian Counselor. If you are interested in a faith-based therapeutic approach then please share this at your intake session. I also work with cancer patients and their families, loss and grief issues, various health, education, and business concerns, as well as psychoeducational testing services
