Jared has experience counseling people of all ages who need assistance. From addictions (substance/process), anxiety, depression, trauma, severe mental health disorders, PTSD, existential, family, gender, spirituality, and grief. Jared is well versed in supporting his clients with his warm, authentic approach coupled with evidence-based interventions.


Jared respects and admires the courage it takes to begin the counseling journey. No matter who you are, just by opening the door to therapy you have shown incredible strength! To open up is to trust. Not always so easy! Jared is known for his warmth, along with knowledge in existentialism, spirituality, mindfulness, and meditation.
