I enjoy helping clients of any age relieve stress and negative energy and become more effective in relationships and the art of living. I work with each persons specific goals towards a more holistic life.

My specialty is eclectic and looks at cognitive and behaviorally based patterns of functioning that are ineffective or negative. Replacing beliefs about self are key to my approach. I enjoy listening to and supporting my clients where they are, and encourage growth in self esteem and inner peace.

I work with both children and adults and desire to see renewed and restored relationships at best and increased self confidence and inner peace at least.
