Narrative

I specialize in Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety, and Borderline Personality (BPD). 

Life can be stressful and sometimes we need support. I want you to feel safe in sessions to work through anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or any other issue that you are struggling with today. Together, we can work on gaining the tools and emotional strength you need to be to be healthiest version of you that you can be.

I offer teletherapy and in-person sessions for $85 with a sliding scale if needed. I offer evening and weekend sessions.
