Really, I am a professional tool. I consider myself an instument to be used in your life to help you redesign, renovate, remodel, and/or rebuild your life. Everyone, at some point in their life, feels like the walls are caving in. Typically, we are good do-it-yourselfers and make repairs easily. However, life can get out of hand. I use a variety of psychological tools to help you achieve your goals. We might use psychological testing, behavioral interventions, cognitive therapy, etc. Every personal issue requires its own solution. In my 20 years counseling, I have learned how to give you with the right tools to get the outcome you desire.


There once was a man who had night terrors about monsters under his bed. The counselor asked him to put his mattress on the floor. That night he slept like a baby. I cannot promise the same results. It was unique to the man. However, I want to helping you discover your own outcome.
