I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering evening telehealth counseling sessions. I am experienced in issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, crisis counseling, as well as Psychotic, Thought, and Personality Disorders. I provide counseling in various forms, i.e.; talk therapy, education of diagnoses and symptoms, and more. I wish to be a vessel for positive change to those in need.

Counseling offers people an opportunity to feel heard and to process difficult emotions. I provide a warm atmosphere and am welcoming to all. I offer person centered sessions and focus on the goals you wish to achieve at your own pace.

Every person's issues are specific to themselves. I aim to adapt to each person individually to effectively help them work towards his or her goals.
