Narrative

Currently I work with ages 8 and older. I pull from many treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based and Motivational Interviewing. While I have worked with a variety of issues, my primary specialties include complex childhood trauma, family of origin stressors, managing relationships and setting boundaries, self-esteem and trusting self.

I have experience working with anxiety/depression, end of life issues, grief, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and suicidal thoughts/planning. Additionally, I have advanced skills in substance abuse treatment, Autism Spectrum Disorder in kids, and mood disorders in young adults (ages 18-25).
