Whether you are suffering from acute symptoms or looking to boost your mental well-being, therapy can help. My name is Josué, but most people simply call me Josh. A wide range of life experiences prior to becoming a therapist has helped to widen my perspective and acceptance of the true uniqueness of each individual’s story. I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating and that is why my goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard and valued.

I would describe my therapy style as encouraging and genuine. Therapy can be a challenging process, so I work to help my clients acknowledge and utilize their strengths and positive qualities to create changes in their lives. Using person centered and collaborative approaches, we can identify and incorporate your strengths to overcome whatever life brings.


I think it’s always worthwhile to think about what gives your life meaning and where you want your life journey to take you; therapy is a great space to have those conversations. I truly love my job as a counselor, and I take pride in knowing I can help make a difference in someone’s life.
