We believe that mind, body, and spirit work together. we will help you make a list of your mind, body, and feelings. We want to find what works for you. You want to work towards a goal.  People struggle with balance. They may stop drinking, but start binge eating. They want to end a bad relationship.  We offer other kinds of counseling: 

• creative arts
• mindfulness meditation
• logotherapy (looking to find meaning in life)

We provide in home counseling, outdoor counseling, or at one of our offices We have a team of counselors with teletherapy and in-person meetings

We take the money from paid sessions to pay for someone else’s counseling! We  work with:

• families
• couples
• teens
