Narrative

I believe "one shoe does not fit all". I use many tools with people I see. There will be days where one way may help you more than another. There will be times  where more than one tool will be used. Improving your quality of life is the priority. I feel the best way to reach that is to meet your specific needs. The therapeutic relationship is essential in the success of the client and therapist! I encourage clients to shop around for a therapist until one "fits" I look forward to seeing if I'm the right fit for you!

I understand how seeking treatment can create feelings of vulnerability which is why I strive in providing unconditional positive regard and encouragement throughout this therapeutic process. I am a passionate therapist seeking to provide my clients with a supportive environment to process any concerns.

What I love most about this career is the ability to be a small part of significant change in the individuals I work with. Every day people from all walks of life battle unique obstacles such as depression, anxiety, marital/relationship discord, medical illnesses, financial restraint, phase of life transitions, and unexpected life events.
