Feelings of depression, despair, and anxiety can be debilitating and frightening. Relationship and work-life challenges can leave an individual feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and discouraged from achieving personal goals. As an experienced psychotherapist I offer a warm and welcoming therapeutic atmosphere that fosters personal growth. I have a high level skill-set, wealth of personal experience, and a wide array of clinical interventions that can be used to help a person reach their fullest potential. I rely heavily on established principles, and ethics that honor confidentiality.
In addition, I incorporate a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy that focuses on challenging and adjusting unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors. With Pearls of Change Wellness, LLC the overall goal is improving emotional regulation, and developing personal coping strategies that target solving your presenting challenges.
