IN-HOME SESSIONS or Phone Sessions available... My mission is to empower and educate. As a Board Certified Professional Counselor, I enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping them achieve their goals. Once they discover their inner strength and learn some tools to face life's challenges with confidence and competence, clients find themselves more satisfied with who they are, where they are going, and how to get there. My wide range of experience and knowledge has given me the freedom to utilize many therapeutic approaches that can help clients resolve their issues. I have over 20 years of experience.


In therapy, clients can build on their external resources and allow the internal resource of hope to develop and ignite. If depression, anxiety, or other significant life events occur, all aspects of life can seem out of control. Once clients learn to navigate through the emotions, perspectives change, confidence is gained, and empowerment is mastered!


With everything going on today it can be easy to give up and give in. It seems like everyone is doing it. I’m here to remind you of your best self. I refuse to let you hide behind excuses or in the darkness of the shadows. Give yourself the time and energy. Put in the work. You are worth it.
