Narrative

To say life is difficult is an understatement. Know that you do not have to face it alone. I want to help you address and heal your inner conflicts. This is a task that is led by you and not me. I would be honored to come alongside you in uncovering your best life. With tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and a Person-Centered approach, together, we can improve your daily living. I have worked with those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationship struggles, those who identify as Christians, and those who are LGBTQIA+.

I understand that finding a counselor is a task in and of itself. Therefore, take your time. Look for someone who knows that you are an individual. There is no one size fits all. I set an environment that is open, supportive, and honest. I am also fluent in ASL so there would be no need for an interpreter.


Know that you are not alone. Even if you do not reach out to me, please reach out for assistance. Doing life without help is impossible. So let's get ready for some soul care work!
