Narrative

Hi there! If you need help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss & grief, or to learn coping skills, you have stopped at the right place. I help adults find relief from life stressors, achieve peace in their lives, as well as helping them to develop strengths to overcome any barriers they may face. I connect deeply with "highly sensitive" people, “over-thinkers”, “worriers”, “grievers”, empty nesters, caregivers for people of all ages, single parents, as well as full time professionals. I offer secure online therapy, so no matter where you live in Texas, help is just a keystroke away.

During the initial session, clients and I work together to create achievable goals. Follow on sessions will consist of using techniques such as traditional talk therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness skills, CBT (the idea that how one thinks, acts, and feels all interact together), as well as teaching everyday coping skills, just to name a few.
