Narrative

My goal as a therapist is to help my clients explore their lives and any areas they might want to grow in. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space to listen to my clients, help them sort through the issues that brings them to counseling, and work as a team to reach their goals.


As a former Special Education Teacher and Case Manager with a Master of Science in Counseling, I offer many years of real world experience working with children, teens, parents, and school administrators to help a diverse population achieve success academically, socially, and emotionally. I also have experience helping Veterans and Aviators with PTSD.


I am a trauma survivor with a strong faith, and a life long learner. I invite you to come in and talk with me about anything that is on your heart or in your mind. Together, we can sift through any situation and learn coping skills to thrive and become more resilient. I am part of the Coastal Synergy group on North Padre Island.
