Through integration of Somatic Experiencing, a body-centered psychotherapy, with psychodynamic, relational counseling, I support clients to find their own innate ability to grow, to change and to find their unique path to healing. I believe in the power of presence. I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, isolation, disabilities, and issues with relationships. As a sex-positive counselor, I love working with clients on a sexual healing journey. My mission: to support clients to listen deeply to their inner voice, their own source of wisdom and guidance.


I have over 20 years experience working with survivors of trauma, violence, and abuse. Specializing in working with survivors of rape, child abuse, domestic violence, and dysfunctional family dynamics. Sex-positive approach, LGBTQI and polyamory-friendly. Welcoming clients from diverse cultures, and of all spiritual beliefs, including agnostics and atheists.
