Narrative

It is OK to have challenges in life. There should be no stigma attached to asking for help. My goal is to listen and gently help guide people. We can work through any bumpy times. It may be hard right now. We may be unsettled from the past. I believe that life's tests give people a chance to learn more about themselves. They have a chance to become more real. They can feel more grounded.
