Narrative

Trying to find ways to cope with past life transitions, the impacts of COVID-19, every day life, and/or behavioral health problems can be challenging. I prioritize building and maintaining an alliance with people. I have supportive tools to use when dealing with life challenges. I use therapeutic tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma focused therapy to further a person's growth. Each therapy session meets people where they are in life.

My specialities include anxiety, depression, family dynamics, couples therapy, child development, grief and loss, trauma, childhood trauma, and breakdowns of trust & communication. I also provide support services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

My clients are the experts on their lives. I work from a client-centered approach to help them experience meaningful gains. I am known for supporting and educating people throughout their journey.
