Narrative

I work under the motto, "The sun will rise and set regardless. What we choose to do with the light while its here is up to us..." I fully believe in journeying with my clients through treatment. I truly enjoy working with my clients on life's ups and downs. Generally, most of my work is with adults. I also see teens beginning at 16-years-old. Over the years, I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mental health problems. My other experience includes working with self-harm and suicidal behaviors. I can help with behavior management.


Additionally, I specialize in diagnostic testing, which includes neuropsychological testing. My goal is to help you solve the puzzle in your areas of concern. For my licensure, I have independent status as a Licensed Psychological Associate. I'm also co-owner of an outpatient clinic named Balance Beacon.


We have 5 therapists, including myself, with several different specialties. This includes sex therapy, substance abuse, trauma (PTSD), family therapy, couple/marital therapy, and codependency issues. If you are considering therapy or have decided upon it, I invite you to give me a call so we can begin laying the foundation for you path of healing.
