Narrative

I am a licensed clinical social work who has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years in Austin, Texas. I am deeply devoted to the mental, physical, spiritual well-being of those I serve. I utilize a holistic and person-centered approach with clients by identifying the specific individual needs and goals for each person entering into a therapeutic relationship with me.
I specialize in grief and loss, situational and clinical depression, mood and anxiety disorders, suicidality, self-harm, trauma history, life transitions, relationship & family systems stressors, substance or alcohol abuse, co-occurring disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, and ethical non-monogamy such as polyamory, lifestyle, and kink communities.

I firmly believe in providing a safe, judgment free environment for clients built on respect and dignity for all persons served.
