Narrative

We all go through challenging times. It can be hard to know where to start. Difficulties, hardships, and stress are  part of life. Regardless of your life's journey and obstacles, I can help. Counseling is a process we will explore. We can grow together! I believe in people’s ability to heal and progress after difficult experiences.

I can provide you opportunities to safely explore the parts of your life that are getting in the way. I can support you while you develop skills and strengths. I want to help improve your emotional wellness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently supervised by Sharyn Delgado LPC-S, and a Certified School Counselor.

I have over 18 years of experience working with children and families. My specialties include counseling children, adolescents, and adults with ADD/ADHD, depression, behavior issues, anxiety, learning disabilities, grief and loss, divorce, and trauma. I am available weeknights and weekends to fit into busy school and work schedules.
