Narrative

I am a passionate and dedicated therapist who believes in the resiliency of the human spirit. I believe we can work through and overcome tough obstacles. I work with many different treatment styles. One thought is always in my mind. The person comes first and must be treated with total positive regard. My work is compassionate, collaborative and solution based. My core foundation of treatment is to meet the client where they are. I can develop a customized plan. I assist them in meeting their personal goals. I can help develop an understanding of self.


The greatest compliment my clients have given me is when they say to me, "You're different!". The time that you will spend with me will be meaningful. We will laugh, cry, joke, share, support and deeply explore your issues with real human connection and grace.


I consider it a privilege to be a partner who accompanies you on your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe in compassionate confrontation and accountability. My own life and journey has given me a unique perspective. I am able to reach an person and build a real connection quickly.
