Narrative

Let's face it...life as we knew it has changed! We are forced to find a new "normal". Well, my professor always told me, "Normal is just a setting on the dryer". Honestly, he's right. Everyone has different expectations as to what their new "normal" should be. I am here to help you find coping skills and strategies to manage what life now looks like due to Covid-19 (or any other life transitions facing you).

Besides traditional, in-person therapy, I also offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth (video/phone) sessions. Topics can include healing from prior sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, and grief recovery.

I am a small town, country girl, with a heart for serving. If I can't help you, I will be glad to helpwith a referral to another counselor or agency. What is most important to me is that you get the help you deserve! Your mental and emotional health matters.
