Narrative

You may be dealing with out-of-control behavior from your child or your own overwhelming anxiety/stress. Sometimes you need help to reach a new place of peace and relief. The last few years following the Pandemic have been extra hard on families and people, especially if you are a parent of a child or teen with emotional or behavioral needs. You are hurting because you see your child or teen struggling. You are unsure how to help them. Getting help for your child and family is moving in the right direction.


You want your family to experience the joys of life. You want them to learn new ways to cope with stress and challenges. Imagine your child or teen reaching their goals in school while discovering their strengths and pursuing their passions. You are ready to move out of survival mode and into thriving while having the energy to care for your own needs.


I offer counseling services (including play therapy) for clients ages three and up. My specialty is working with children and teens. I offer in-person and virtual sessions in the North Forth Worth/Keller (Heritage/Alliance) area. Reach out to me for help to get started.
