Are you having feelings of being overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? Many people in today's world experience problems with stress, feelings of being insufficient, overwhelmed, anxiety and depression. Together we can create a pathway to fit your needs. Children showing problem behaviors at home/school, can also create stress within the family. I can help by guiding you toward a pathway designed to address your child's problem behaviors at home and school. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment disorder, difficult child/teen behaviors.


I have 6 years of experience in counseling and 21 years in education. My experience with children, adolescence, and adults enables me to have some insight into the needs of my clients and help me guide them toward better overall mental We can also explore behavior management techniques, parent training and play therapy to create a better life pathway.


Let me help you by providing a safe environment in which you can explore your needs pertaining to mental well being and peace. Together we can resolve the types of problems you are experiencing. We can work on goals toward better mental health. We can make a pathway toward overall well-being.
