Narrative

Do you feel like your world is falling apart? No one understands why things are so hard for you when it seems easy for others? Has your thinking changed? Are you suddenly struggling at work or school? Experiencing anxiety or depression?

As a Counselor, I assess, educate, and assist clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and cognitive functioning deficits such as learning differences, attention difficulties (ADD/ADHD), concussion, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebrovascular accident/infarct, and degenerative diseases.

My goal is to offer a supportive environment for providing functional assessment and education, coping skills, and emotional self-management skills, which enable clients to cope with learning differences, life changes caused by difficulties in thinking (cognitive deficits), and emotional instability.
