I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, anxiety, attachment, and stress. I am devoted to helping individuals with their mental wellness … I use resources and will actively teach you ways to support yourself. I also provide assessment services.

I am devoted to helping end the stigma in mental health counseling. I come from a diverse family and am a LBGTQ+ allied therapist and an active social justice, BLM, and equality advocate. In my free time, I love to be in nature, camping, beach/lake time, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. “Without butterflies there would be no change.”
