You are not broken. You do not need to be "fixed".  You may need help and support when it comes to learning new ways to cope with the many ways life can throw us for a loop. I work with children, teens, and adults who present with diverse symptoms and stressors. I offer a safe space for people to discuss issues, plan long and short term goals, as well as celebrate progress and successes towards a more sustainable way of coping with stress and trauma.


I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) under the supervision of Jennifer Fanelli M.A., LPC-S. I have attained an MA in Psychology and have met all requirements to be licensed under the Texas Board of Examiners of Professional Counseling. I focus on areas such as emotional regulation, problem solving, decision making, and coping skills.


Making an appointment to see a counselor can be intimidating and confusing. It's my hope that I can make this big leap into healing as simple and comfortable as possible by offering a non-judgmental safe place for exploration and conversation.
