Narrative

Life’s ups and downs can often be challenging. My goal as a therapist is to join with my client. I want to empower them on their journey. I can help them find healing. I believe that counseling can be one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. I’m passionate about walking along side of you as you grow. I can provide practical techniques and resources for you to navigate through life feeling more confident and empowered.

My approach is client focused, strength based, and relationship centered. I work with individuals from many different walks of life. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples working through many different issues.

I believe that the bravest thing you can do, is ask for help. Taking the first step to reach out for support takes courage, I hope to empower you to take this step! I cannot wait to join you on this journey.
