Narrative

I believe that counseling provides a way for people and families to grow.  I help with self-discovery, self-awareness, gaining confidence and creating meaningful and authentic relationships. Asking for help takes courage. Just by calling, you are one step closer to self-improvement. I have much training and experience counseling children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in working with people on the Autism Spectrum and their families. I use many treatment methods that can meet your needs.


My aim is to help you increase self-esteem, daily functioning and overall happiness.  I use sandtray therapy, talk therapy, parent coaching and EMDR. I'm dedicated to helping you or your family. It may be as simple as lending an ear. I have openings during the evenings and free phone consultations.


I work with all ages, however Play Therapy is a method for ages 3-11. Children may struggle to express themselves with words. Play therapy is a way feelings, thoughts and experiences can come out through play. I also offer parenting guidance and family play therapy.
