Narrative

I specialize in brief therapy.  I use a solution-focused approach.  I use my client's strengths to get answers to their problem. Often times, these answers can be practiced and implemented in a  short period of time. If needed, I use more tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnosis.

I believe that my clients are people who have many gifts and talents. They  face challenges. I have success helping clients  in the areas of:
