Narrative

Seeking help is the first step in the counseling process. Most often, it is the hardest step. Parents want the best for their children. It’s hard picking what is the best way to help them. Your child may be experiencing difficulty handling their emotions or behaviors. It can be hard building relationships with you or with peers. They may have experienced a major life transition that they are struggling to cope with. I am here to assure you that you are taking an important step to better you and your loved ones life.

I specialize working with children & adolescents with behavioral issues, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, special needs & their support systems. In addition, I am also a trained Positive Discipline Parent Educator. My role is to provide you the resources necessary to manage your child's behavior. I can help you connect & understand your child on a deeper level.

I understand it can be scary reaching out for help. By providing a safe and supportive environment, your child will feel heard, accepted.
