Narrative

Life can be hard. It can be hard to move from one phase of life to another. We can have money and work stress. There is always something that we have to learn to cope with. It can be very easy to start feeling overwhelmed and stuck. I believe every experience in life has a purpose. Nothing happens by chance. Failure, conflict or ending a relationship isn't meant to break us. It can give valuable lessons for us to learn. We can grow, gain insight, become stronger and live happier. I can support and guide you in your search for inner strength. You can regain your sense of control, purpose and joy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work. I have a concentration in mental health from The University of Texas at Arlington. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and addiction issues for many years.
