Narrative

Children and families have daily stressors. I understand that individuals and families have their own set of  problems and dynamics. I have over twenty years in education and mental health. Experience has helped me to view the importance of seeing the unique ways each individual and family has. I help them face the challenges of parenting, ADHD, Grief,Trauma, Anxiety, Self-Esteem and other mental health- related issues.

Effective strategies and best practices for social, emotional and cognitive development of children and adults. I use specialized tools. EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for specific phobias, traumas is available upon request. Se habla Espanol.
