Narrative

Sometimes it seems that nothing works. You may feel angry, sad, or out of control. You need help to get through rough times. I have been there! I wanted to be a counselor. I had my own struggles with family codependency. There is hope! Through a mix of counseling tools,  I will help you name what is holding you back.

The goal is to give you the insights and tools you need to move past old, limiting feelings and behaviors. I will use a safe space and caring listening. We can make a bright future.

I like working with people of all ages, races, and genders. I like children and teens. I can help with parenting and weight issues. You may be having a problem with sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.  I have enjoyed working with the hearing impaired, CPS cases, and grief.

I have a therapy dog for extra furry attention. I believe each person comes with strengths. You are limited only by personal beliefs.
