Narrative

We all have times in our lives where we need a person to talk to who is non-judgemental and supportive. The power of being able to open up to another person can unlock what has always been within. We can make a new path filled with growth and hope. Through questions and chats, I can help you see what it is you are needing in your life. We can choose specific tools  that are best for you.

I have experience working with people on the autism spectrum.  I provide behavioral interventions and social skills training. I have also helped gender diverse clients navigate identity and various aspects of transition. I am EMDR basic-trained for trauma intervention and also practice a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

I believe therapy should be a place for everyone to feel safe, accepted, and comfortable being their real and true selves. I try to make a space where people can know that I am on their side with their best interests in mind.
